Apartment in Sardinia - Cannigione



Starting this year we have decided to rent our own apartment in Cannigione, Sardinia. For those of you not familiar with the place, Cannigione is the seaside touristic town of Arzachena, to which the famous "Emerald Coast" is a part. Cannigione is in a gulf right in front of the islands if "Arcipelago della Maddalena", a touristic town which offers all the services you might need for a wonderful vacation: restaurants, hotels, beaches, mooring for boats up to 70 feet.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the beach, in a residential area, with beds for 4 persons (2 double rooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room/kitchen, one bathroom, and a small room used as deposit and laundry, private parking spot, a patio with furniture and a garden with a barbecue.

By airplane, the closes airport is Olbia (25 km), while Ryanair flies to Alghero (arount one and a half hours by car). Ferries depart from Genova, Livorno and Civitavecchia and will moor in Olbia or Golfo Aranci.

Prices per week, including electricity water and gas. € 80 endcleaning.
30% upon booking, down-payment upon arrival. Deposit € 100.
